Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing this site or engaging Digital Kings for services, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Services
Digital Kings offers performance marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, content creation, and analytics for businesses. Services are delivered on a retainer or project basis.
3. Engagement
An engagement begins when both parties sign a Statement of Work (SOW). The SOW specifies deliverables, timelines, and fees. Services not listed in the SOW are not included.
4. Fees & payment
Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance. Ad spend is billed separately and passed through at cost. Late payments incur a 1.5% monthly fee. All fees are in AED unless otherwise stated.
5. Intellectual property
Client owns campaign data, creative assets produced specifically for them, and analytics reports. Digital Kings retains methodology, templates, and the right to showcase work in case studies (with client approval).
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
7. Performance disclaimers
No guarantee of specific results. Past performance is not predictive of future outcomes. Ad platform policy compliance is a shared responsibility between client and agency.
8. Limitation of liability
Digital Kings' liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 6 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Client remains responsible for fees through the notice period.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by UAE law and the jurisdiction of Ras Al Khaimah courts.
11. Dispute resolution
Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then arbitration under DIFC-LCIA rules if negotiation fails.
